Partner CEUs
If you are a planning an event and would like to apply for ISA CEUs, please review the following information before utilizing the link at the bottom to proceed to the application.
Application Fees – $45 per course code not to exceed $135 per event. Fees shall be paid in full at the time of application.
How many CEU code(s) do I need for my event?
1 CEU Code - One day event/session (attendees can only attend one session for the duration of the event). i.e. one hour webinar, one-day seminar with no break out session option, or workshop with no session option.
2 CEU Codes - Event that includes two session options (attendee has option to attend two sessions for the duration of the event). i.e. two-day seminar with no additional break out sessions, one-day event with two session options and no general session, two-day event that includes different attendees on day-one than on day-two.
3 CEU Codes - More than two days/conference with multiple sessions (attendee has the option to attend three or more sessions for the duration of the event).

Partner Responsibilities:
1. Apply for CEUs via Florida Chapter ISA web-based system.
2. Process payment for CEU approval.
3. Follow Partner Policies and Procedures.
4. Manage CEU report documentation.
5. Submit CEU report documentation to the Florida Chapter ISA.
Partner Policies and Procedures:
- To obtain CEUs, the partner must apply via web-based system.
- A form should be completed for each individual event. Only one sign-in sheet/CEU course code will be provided per form completed.
- The form shall include the following:
- Title: a detailed name used for this event
- Provider: name, email address, and contact number of event organizer
- Description: detailed information about what will occur during the event
- Format: in person, live virtual meeting, safety meeting, self-guided, workshop
- Learning Objectives: list the areas of learning that this event will cover. These can be found in the program guides (Certification Application Booklets)
- Support Documentation (event agenda) including:
- Length of time for each presentation (in 15 minute increments)
- Title of each presentation and short description of the topics included
- Instructor’s name and short bio.
- Upon approval - As an event organizer, you shall have a method to record attendance
- Each attendee must provide their ISA CA # at the conclusion of the approved agenda. This may be done by utilizing the following:
- SIGN-IN sheet created by the event organizer - Each attendee must print and sign their name and provide their ISA CA # at the conclusion of the approved agenda. Sign-in sheets shall only be given to program participants after the program is completed.
- QR Course code created by the organizer - Linked to form fields to include the necessary information to complete the REPORT form.
- Each attendee must provide their ISA CA # at the conclusion of the approved agenda. This may be done by utilizing the following:
- Upon approval - The Florida Chapter ISA shall provide a REPORT form – The event organizer shall complete the provided form and include all the information in the example for each attendee. Please ensure the following:
- CEUID is included on each line that includes attendee information
- Completion Date is include on each line that includes attendee information
- First Name is spelled correctly (must match name as listed in ISA database)
- Last Name is spelled correctly (must match name as listed in ISA database)
- Cert ID is in the exact format of FL-6083A (this includes capital letters and hyphens with no extra spaces)
PLEASE NOTE: If the REPORT form is not completed correctly, it will be sent back to the provider for corrections.
- Email the completed REPORT form to chapter@floridaisa.org to be uploaded into the ISA CredHQ system.
- Sign-in sheets shall only be given to program participants after the program is completed.
- Program attendees should be informed that the CEU processing time is four to six weeks from the date of the event.
